All content on nuvorie.shop — including the Bean character, the phrase "He has it, too.", product photography, copy, and the site design — is owned by Nuvorie or licensed to us. The Bean character and the phrase "He has it, too." are trademarks of Nuvorie. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited. Personal use (saving for inspiration, sharing on social media with proper credit) is permitted. Note: physical product designs are sourced from manufacturing partners; product appearance trademarks belong to those manufacturers and may not be exclusive to Nuvorie.
3. Pet Product Safety and Disclaimer
Important: Nuvorie products are intended to provide comfort to dogs experiencing separation anxiety. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for serious behavioral or medical concerns. You agree to: inspect products on arrival before introducing them to your pet; supervise initial use of any Nuvorie product; discontinue use immediately if your pet shows signs of distress, injury, or allergic reaction; inspect products regularly for wear and replace if damaged; use products only as instructed. If you receive a product that appears damaged, defective, or unsafe, do not use it. Contact us at support@nuvorie.shop within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
4. Purchases
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of majority age in your jurisdiction) and that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, error, or abuse. Prices and product availability are subject to change. Promotional codes are subject to the terms stated at issuance.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs
Most Nuvorie products ship from international fulfillment partners. Shipping times vary by partner location and your delivery address — typical delivery is 7–21 business days for international orders. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees: where applicable, these are charged by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. Nuvorie does not pre-pay or refund these fees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside of our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@nuvorie.shop and we will investigate immediately.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to its terms. For low-value or damaged items, Nuvorie may at its discretion offer a refund or replacement without requiring physical return of the item.
7. No Guarantees
We make every effort to display product details accurately, but we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or other product characteristics will appear identically across all devices. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of our products for any specific dog or condition. Individual results vary based on temperament, environment, and severity of anxiety.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvorie and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products. We are specifically not liable for: allergic reactions, behavioral changes, or injuries to your pet; damage to property caused by pets while interacting with our products; misuse of the products contrary to our instructions; delays, customs issues, or losses caused by shipping carriers or fulfillment partners. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvorie from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products or website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea — except where consumer protection laws of your home jurisdiction grant additional rights, in which case those rights apply.
